GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms apply to all users of the domains teggel.com and their sub-domains (henceforth: the site). The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with TEGGEL (may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site.
We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

TEGGEL does not guarantee that all items included in the web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.
We cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. TEGGEL may, at any time, amend the content of the site.
Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. TEGGEL, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where TEGGEL acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.

Our trademarks include (amongst others) the TEGGEL name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.
PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to the different divisions of TEGGEL. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When registering with the site, you have the option not to receive any information from TEGGEL. If you wish to end your TEGGEL subscription, you may make the changes in your account settings or send an email to info@teggel.nl. State your name and email address and a short description of the matter in the email message.
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. TEGGEL reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
SECURITY
TEGGEL use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. TEGGEL web shop uses the Thawte SSL Certificates, which secures communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the Thawte icon at checkout. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
PRODUCT FEATURES
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
The supply of goods does not mean that they are suitable for a specific installation. TEGGEL can only be held responsible for any failure against products supplied, to the extent that the manufacturer of such products is prepared to guarantee the same. No tiles are guaranteed against crazing.
Some variations in size, shape, manufacturing tolerance, shading and pattern are inherent in the manufacture of tiles and therefore TEGGEL accepts no liability.
VIOLATION OF RULES
TEGGEL reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeure, TEGGEL’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and TEGGEL can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by TEGGEL. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Under such circumstances, TEGGEL will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use are complied in accordance with Dutch law and the Dutch courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
The laws of your country may differ from the Netherlands and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
YOUR ACCOUNT:
Users are required to obtain an account from TEGGEL to order from the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password and such use shall be deemed to be use by you. You will ensure that all use of your account complies fully with the provisions of this terms & conditions, without exception.

CORRECTIONS
TEGGEL reserves the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and/or to cancel or refuse to accept any order based upon an incorrect price listing. Product pricing and/or features are subject to change without notice or liability to TEGGEL. TEGGEL also reserves the right to limit order quantities.
MINORS
TEGGEL does not intentionally sell products for purchase by children or collect information about children. Children under 18, but at least 13 years of age, are authorized to use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this terms & conditions. Children under the age of 13 are expressly prohibited from using the site, and parents or legal guardians may not agree to this Terms & conditions on their behalf.
INDEMNIFICATION
You shall defend, indemnify and hold TEGGEL harmless from and against any and all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ and expert fees, arising out of or related in any way to your use of the site.
NOTICES
All notices required or permitted under this terms & conditions shall be in writing and deemed given upon receipt when sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid or commercial overnight carrier. All communications shall be sent to the address set forth below or to such other address as may be designated by TEGGEL by providing notice through disclosure in this terms & conditions.

Notice of breach of this Terms & conditions or termination of any portion of this Terms & conditions will be provided by posting on the site, regular mail, or electronic mail to the e-mail address provided by the user at the time of registration for the services.
TEGGEL Guarantee
TEGGEL prints and ships products for its customers. All products are handmade and we always make your products with the greatest attention and care, but if you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact us within 14 days for a free reprint of your order or a refund. Please Note: We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of TEGGEL’s error.
There are some situations that TEGGEL can’t control. TEGGEL is not responsible for the following:
• Poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or poor quality images.
• Spelling, punctuation, or accuracy errors in text on image or text card.
• Errors in user-customizable features, such as choice of product, cropping, size and formatting.
• Unevenness in the coating
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact TEGGEL so we can investigate. Even if it turns out not to be our error, we will work with you to correct the issue.
