Footwear brand advances multi-category R&D and costing practices to fuel growth

The cooperation between SKECHERS China and Centric began in 2017. Initially, Centric PLM was deployed to support its expanding apparel business. As the project advanced further, the PLM system was gradually applied to the footwear and accessories product lines, enabling unified management across different categories.
